Welcome to High Steaks, a social media platform for recipes owned and operated by FairShare Fintech LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

User Responsibilities

By using the High Steaks App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration, including your name, email, and agreement to the TOS.
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others, including adhering to the restrictions on recipe reproduction outlined in this TOS.
• App users are prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. High Steaks reserves the right to remove such content and terminate the associated accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content uploaded by users, including recipes, remains the intellectual property of the respective users. By uploading a recipe, you grant High Steaks a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use your recipe within the App, its network, and related marketing materials (e.g., High Steaks Weekly Challenge cookbook). Recipes uploaded may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes by other users. Home and personal use only. By submitting content to High Steaks, you affirm that you own the content or have permission to submit it. Users found submitting infringing content (including from other users) may be removed from the platform and disqualified from contests.

Limitation of Liability

High Steaks is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FairShare Fintech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of services, or financial loss.

Refund & Contact Information

Refunds for the High Steaks app are handled exclusively by the App Store and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms of Service, please contact us at joe@fairshareapp.net.
