This Privacy Policy explains how FairShare Fintech LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the High Steaks app (“App”). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

• Name and email address during onboarding.
• Age confirmation (over/under 18 y.o.) - for contest participation purposes
• Agreement to Terms of Service (terms and conditions, privacy policy, and Contest Rules, including the date of agreement.
• Physical addresses for winners of the High Steaks Weekly Challenge: Contest-related data (e.g., physical addresses) will be collected from winners by email, used for prize distribution purposes, and securely deleted after 90 days.
• Usage data to improve the functionality and user experience of the App, including but not limited to user recipes and reviews.

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Facilitate your use of the App and its features.
• Notify winners of the High Steaks Weekly Challenge and distribute prizes.
• Communicate updates, changes to the App, or important announcements.
• Analyze App performance and usage trends to improve services.

WE WILL NEVER SELL YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES.

Account Deletion

When you delete your account:

• All personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email address, physical address (if on file), and age confirmation) is permanently deleted from our system.
• Recipes, reviews, and other content you have submitted to the App will remain visible to other users but will be cleared of any association with your account or personal information.
• Data not classified as personally identifiable (e.g., anonymized usage data) may be retained to improve and analyze the App’s functionality.
• Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.
